Population Estimation and Ecology of the Tiger in the Sundarbans.

Essential: MSc in Wildlife Science / Life Science / Zoology / Botany / Forestry / Environmental Science or Veterinary Science, with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks
Desirable:
Research experience in wildlife specially carnivores, preferably tigers. M.Sc. dissertation on a relevant topic with experience in use of telemetry. Exposure to techniques of camera trapping, distance sampling, mark-recapture population estimation, sign surveys, occupancy modeling, habitat use analysis, ability to work on GIS is desired.

The candidate should be able to stay on a boat for several days and know swimming.
