Contents:
a) Theory of fundamentals of genomics and gene expression analysis, as well as the principles of technologies involved in Genomics, Gene expression and Proteomics.

b) Hands on (mainly demonstrations, with limited performance) practical sessions on some of the important techniques (including reverse transcription PCR, microarray, western, ELISA and 2-D electrophoresis) involved in genomics and gene expression studies.
