Dependently design and execute syntheses of peptides peptidomimetics and peptide conjugates while working in a project team.
Aracterization and purification by HPLC and mass spectroscopy
processes of biochemical conversions using whole cells.
Eligibility:
M.Sc Biochemistry /Biotechnology
Desired:
Knowledge in absorbance, fluorescence, luminescence, radioactive-based enzymatic assays. Good analytical abilities, demonstrated capability of establishing cell free biochemical assays. Good biochemistry knowledge. Familiarity with data analysis softwares..
