Electron Microscopy.
- To study the molecular structures of motor proteins and actin filaments using electron microscopy and single particle analysis.
- The goal is to understand the structural basis of regulatory mechanisms of cell motility at molecular level.
Duration:
5 years funded projects (2+3 years).
State of The Art EM and excellent cryo-applications are available, 1.2 MV High voltage Electron Microscope, EF-TEM, Bio-TEM, Vitrobot (M1)

Eligibility:
Candidates with Ph.D considering furthering their research career at the interface between biomedical sciences and nano-technology are encouraged to apply.
- We are specially interested in candidates with demonstrated experience in electron microscopy (Cryo-electron microscopy).
- It is essential that candidates possess strong independent research abilities, excellent communication skills, and be highly self-motivated.
- Additional preference will be given to applicants with prior experience in protein expression and purification, molecular biology, and structural techniques.
