Dr. Surajit Das, Assistant Professor, Department of Life Sciences, National Institute of Technology (NIT-R) Rourkela- 769 008, Orissa would like to recruit at BT2020 for the following post accompanied with PhD opportunity.


Project:
DBT funded project on “Studies on association between biofilm formation and
Quorum sensing autoinducer in potential marine bacteria
For enhanced utilization in bioremediation”



Post:
JRF



Qualification:
M.Sc./M.Tech(OR equivalent) in Life Science/Microbiology/Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Chemical Engineering/or related subjects with 60% of marks or 6.00 CGPA in 10 point scale.
Candidates with successful score in GATE or NET(UGC/CSIR/ ICMR/DBT/ICAR) will be given preference. Relaxation in GATE may be given to the outstanding candidate.

Desirable:
Research experience or knowledge in microbiology/environmental
Biotechnology/Cell & Molecular Biology and analytical instruments like GLC and HPLC



Salary:
Rs.16,000/- P.M. (for 1st & 2nd year)
Rs.18,000/- P.M.(for 3rd year)
