Indian Veterinary Research Institute (IVRI-ICAR), Bareilly, UP will be holding walk-in-interview for the following posts.

1)Project:

National Fund for Basic Strategic & Frontier Area of Agricultural Research (NFBSFARA) funded project entitled “RNAi mediated comparative functional analysis of immune response genes in ruminants and fish against Mycobacterium avium subspp. paratuberculosis and Mycobacterium fortuitum.

Qualification : 

Ph. D (Animal Genetics/ Animal Biotechnology/ Animal Biochemistry/ Veterinary Microbiology) or M. Sc. / Ph.D.(Biotechnology /Biochemistry /Microbiology /Bioinformatics).

2)Project:

 ICAR National Fellow funded project entitled “Development of transgenic goat as a bioreactor for producing novel proteins of therapeutic importance using Sperm-Mediated Gene transfer (SMGT) method”.

Posts:

One SRF and one Research Associate 

Essential Qualification : 

Ph. D (Animal Genetics & Breeding/ Animal Biotechnology/ Animal

Biochemistry/ Veterinary Physiology) or M. Sc. / Ph.D. (Biotechnology/Biochemistry).

Salary :

For SRF-

Rs. 16000/- per month (I & II yr) &

Rs. 18000/- per month (III yr and onwards)

For RA-

Rs. 23000/- and Rs 24000 per month for Masters and Ph. D degree holders. HRA admissible @ 20% as per ICAR norm.
