Indian Institute of Technology(IIT), Bombay, Maharashtra invites applications for the following post.

1)Project:
Project titled “Identification of targets on microalgae using proteomics".

Post:
SRF

Eligibility:
M.Sc./M.Tech in Life Sciences/Biotechnology/Medical Sciences with minimum of 60% marks. NET/GATE/Equivalent qualification will be preferred.
Sound background in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry, extensive laboratory experience(min. 2 years) in proteomics is MUST.
Expertise in the area of proteomic techniques 2D-DIGE and MS is essential.

Salary:
Rs. 18,000/- pm + HRA.


2)Project:
Project titled “Understanding protein-protein interactions of JAK-STAT pathway".

Post:
JRF

Eligibility:
M.Sc./M.Tech in Life Sciences/Biotechnology/Medical Sciences with minimum of 60% marks. NET/GATE/Equivalent qualification will be preferred.
Sound background in Molecular Biology and  proteomics is preferred.
Expertise in the area of proteomic techniques 2D-DIGE and MS is essential.

Salary:
Rs. 16,000/- pm
