Project:
“Development of bis-benzimidazoles as antibacterial agent: Biological evaluation of a series of bis-benzimidazoles on E.coli and human topo I and II and elucidation of 
mechanism of interaction”.

Qualification:
Student with biology background should have an experience in protein expression, purification, cloning, DNA isolation, agarose gel running, SDS gel running, PCR, DNA sequencing, western blotting, confoccal microscopy, spectrosocopy , florescence microscopy,etc

Salary:
Rs. 16,000/Rs.18,000 plus HRA (JRF/SRF)
