“Development of bis-benzimidazoles as antibacterial agent: Biological evaluation of a series of bis-benzimidazoles on E.coli and human topo I and II and elucidation of mechanism of interaction”

Qualification:
The student with biology background should have an experience in protein expression, purification, cloning, DNA isolation, agarose gel running, SDS
gel running, PCR, DNA sequencing, western blotting, confoccal microscopy, spectrosocopy, florescence microscopy

Salary:
Rs. 16,000/Rs. 18,000 plus HRA (JRF/SRF)
