Rs.23,000/-(fixed) + HRA per month for master degree holder Rs. 24,000/- (fixed) + HRA per month for Ph.D. degree holder
For JRF:
Rs.16,000 (fixed) + HRA per month for first two years and Rs.18,000 (fixed) + HRA for third year onwards
