Directorate of Wheat Research (ICAR) , Karnal would be conducting walk-ins for the following posts.

1)Project:
DBT project on " Improvement of Biscuit making quality of Indian wheat- utilization of molecular approach".

Posts:
SRF-1 position
JRF-1 position

Qualification:
Essential:
M.Sc., in Plant Biochemistry/ Molecular Biology/Biotechnology/ Genetics and plant breeding.

Desirable:
Working experience in Mol.bio and bio-informatics.

Salary:
Rs.14k/- month for SRF
Rs.12k/-month for JRF.

Bioinformatics Projects

2)Project:
ICAR network project on transgenics in crops wheat functional genomics.

Post:
SRF

Qualification:
Essential:
M.Sc., in crop physiology/ plant physiology/Agri.Botony with specialisation in plant physiology.

Desirable:
Experience in Molecular Biology.

Salary:
Rs.8K +HRA
