Maharashtra Association for the Cultivation of Science and AGHARKAR RESEARCH INSTITUTE- Pune (An Autonomous Grant-in–aid Institute under the Department of Science and Technology, Govt. of India) invites applications for the Women Scientist Fellowship programme.
Objectives:
•
Provide an opportunity for women scientists to re-enter into active research after a career break through support for S&T based R&D projects addressing the needs of people in unorganized urban or rural areas; and
•
Provide opportunity for S&T capacity building of women on issues relevant in societal programmes.
Qualifications:
Ph.D. degree in science, master’s degree in engineering or technology or pharmacy.
•
Who have break in career for at least three years or more after having masters degree in science or bachelor’s degree in engineering or medicine, architecture, or pharmacy.
•
Age: The applicant should be below the age of 50 years..
