Bio research vacancies in NDRI

The National Dairy Research Institute (NDRI),Karnal, would be holding a walk-in for the following project.

Project:
NAIP Project "Development of Biosensors and Microtechniques for analysis of pesticide residues, aflatoxin, heavy metals and bacterial contamination in milk.

1)Post:
SRF
02 posts

Qualification:
M.Sc Dairy/ Food /Agri Microbiology/General Microbiology/ lifesciences or allied sciences.

Desirable:
Working knowledge in quality assurance and food safety aspects of microbial and non- microbial contaminants in dairy products.

Knowledge about computer application in statistical analysis of research data and their interpretation.

Emoluments:
Rs.8000/- pm +HRA


2)Post:
Research associates
02 posts.

Qualification:
Ph.D in Dairy/ Food /Agri Microbiology/General Microbiology/ lifesciences or allied sciences.

Desirable:
Preference will be given to those having experienence in the field of biosensors, analysing milk and milk products and food samples for microbiological quality parameters preferably familiar with food analysis for drugs, aflotoxin and hygiene indicator organism etc..

Knowledge of statistics/ software optimization profiency in computer application particularly in use of MS office.

Emoluments:
Rs.12,000/- pm +HRA

Duration of the project:
4 years for both posts.

Agelimit:
!) 35 years for men and 40 years for women for SRF post.
2) 40 years for men and 45 years for women for RA post.
Relaxable for SC/ ST/OBC.
