Ph.D in Biological Sciences with one year experience . The experience should be in the area of prior art searching, patent- ability assessment, patent examination,patent landscaping and/or patent drafting.

Desirable :
The candidate should be either a qualified patent agent or hold a reputed postgraduate diploma in intellectual property/patents. A masters degree or higher in patent law will be plus.
