Junior Research Fellow (JRF) Position in Epigenetics
We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Research Fellow (JRF) to join our ANRF-funded collaborative research project between IIT Hyderabad, India and CDFD Hyderabad, India.
🔬 Project Title:-
Quantifying the chromatin binding dynamics of methyltransferase EZH2 in live cells using single-molecule imaging to identify novel therapeutic strategies to treat drug-resistant cancers.
This project combines epigenetics, cancer biology, genome engineering, and advanced fluorescence microscopy to understand how the epigenetic regulator EZH2 interacts with chromatin in living cells.

Eligibility
Applicants with a BS/MS, MSc, B.Tech, M.Tech, MBBS, B.Pharm, or equivalent degree in Biotechnology/Life Sciences with at least 60% marks are encouraged to apply. Experience in cell culture, CRISPR-Cas9, or fluorescence microscopy will be an advantage.
Position Details
📍 Location: CDFD Hyderabad and IIT Hyderabad
💰 Fellowship:
₹37,000 + HRA (for candidates qualifying through GATE/NET or equivalent national examinations) or ₹31,000 + HRA as per ANRF norms.
⏳ Duration:
3 years
