🎓 Qualification & Skills
Educational Background: M.Sc. in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Genetics, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
Technical Expertise: Direct experience with DNA/RNA extraction protocols and PCR-based techniques.
Standards & Quality: Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025, NABL, GLP/GMP guidelines, and standard laboratory SOPs.
Preferred: Relevant industrial laboratory experience or completed internships in molecular testing environments.
🔬 Key Responsibilities
Molecular Testing: Execute DNA/RNA extractions and perform Routine PCR, RT-PCR, and qPCR assays.
Data Analysis: Interpret test results accurately and prepare formal laboratory reports.
Quality & Compliance: Maintain strict laboratory documentation following NABL and ISO/IEC 17025 standards.
Lab Operations: Assist in equipment maintenance, method validation, and internal/external quality audits.
