About the company:-
GreenPod Labs is an Indian agri-biotech startup founded in 2019 and headquartered in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, that develops active packaging solutions to reduce post-harvest food waste.
Role:-
Analytical & QC team
The role involves developing quick, precise and reproducible analytical methods; SOPs and frameworks to improve the analytical throughput and reproducibility.
This role also involves bringing in novel strategies to develop in-process (in-line) analytical technologies to strengthen our manufacturing process quality.
Qualification:
B.Tech, B.Sc, M.Tech, M.Sc - Life sciences or Agriculture.
Experience:
1-2 years. (Freshers are welcome if they have worked in industry for at least 6 months as internships.)
Note: Apart from regular QC/QA role, this also involves a lot of rapid problem identification & solving.
Desirable qualification:-
- have developed analytical methods from scratch for a product and/or
- have worked with analytical instruments - chromatography, spectroscopy, biochemical assays, titrations, etc. - and/or
- have experience in identifying process gaps affecting the product quality and finding workable solutions to fix them.
