Building practical laboratory skills is an important step towards advancing biomedical research and biotechnology.
Sri Ramachandra Faculty of Biomedical Sciences and Technology is organising a Comprehensive Hands-on Workshop on Animal Cell Culture Techniques from 11 to 13 November 2026, through its Department of Biomedical Sciences. Open to students, researchers and professionals, the workshop offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in laboratory procedures and techniques used in biomedical research.
Participants will gain hands-on experience in handling and maintaining cell cultures, performing laboratory assays and using microscopy techniques. The workshop aims to strengthen practical understanding, build technical confidence and support the application of laboratory skills in research and biotechnology.
